Someone just told me it's March. Is this true? How could this be true?

So here I am dusting off from my fabulous book tour to introduce the world to Annie Freeman and now it seems as if an entire month -- one month -- has slipped through the bushes.

Okay. I surrender.

The tour was remarkable for me in many ways. Not only did I get to talk about the new novel, Annie Freeman's Fabulous Traveling Funeral, but I also got to meet tons and tons of readers and booksellers. To say that meeting all the wonderful readers and sellers was a highlight is a total understatement. It was an emotional high.

A big thank you to everyone who came to meet me and to those of you who continue to share your own stories about my books and what they mean to you.

Here is what is happening at this moment. I am busy doing some final edits -- the tough part -- on the next novel, The Sunday List of Dreams and I promise as soon as that is finished I will update everything on the website. Expect to see some photos from the tour very soon as well -- they are in the computer so I am getting closer.

Honest.

I also have a few appearances coming up in March -- not a lot -- because I need to get Sunday out the door, and then I hope to have a few more appearances during the spring and way into the summer months.

Other than that, I'm still washing clothes from the tour, my daughter is in The Susical and my son has a major case of senioritis.

Oh yes -- and next week we take the dreaded driving test. Watch out for a red Pontiac!

Thank you for finding me. Thank you for contacting me and for being a very important part of my life.

I'm going out to the kitchen for some green tea and need to crank though a lot of pages today before I have to go drive my daughter back and forth to the high school about 26 times.

Cheers from Kris and Annie!
Always,
